  • Training Day

Our members are invited once a year to the International Training Day - it takes place in a different country each year, and our members help select the topic of the training. We use internationally acclaimed trainers - native English speakers preferably - and you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Our Training Days have a very high standard and are always linked to our profession.

The next Training Day will take place in Oslo, Norway, at 25 April 2020.

  • International Conference

Each year IMA hosts an International Conference in one of the member countries. The topic is always relevant to our profession and each year we hear speakers from all over the world highlighting the topic in different ways. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your network as we see approximately 200 participants at the Conference - and we do have time to meet and chat and get acquainted.

The International Conference is very much a highlight of the IMA year.

The 45th International conference will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, 18 October 2019. The topic is: The Digital Age. Exact date and place is to be confirmed.

The 46th International conference will take place in Helsinki, Finland, 2 October 2020. Exact date and place is to be confirmed.
