Emotional pollution at work 

At this event we visited Søhuset in Hørsholm where we got an introduction to the venue and a light dinner.

The topic of this eventwas  emotional pollution based on speaker Rikke Østergaards book "We had a party at work, but then came Preben...". Rikke spoke about  how you as an employee and manager can stop the emotional pollution. It is about how we can stop the contagion of bad mood, complaining and stress and change it to well-being, motivation and productivity, for emotional pollution can be seen on all barometers. Also on the bottom line. It's not about excluding Preben, but about how we get Preben to the party at work.
